TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 These terms and conditions include the terms and conditions of use of Pono Design Oy, ponodesign, designpono.com.eu and ponodesign.fi, as well as the terms of subscription, delivery and cancellation of products. When ordering products from the service, the customer accepts the terms and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. The service also contains notices and operating instructions that specify these terms.
1.2. The customer must be a natural person. Also, a legal person, the company may be a customer, but in this case the customer does not have same rights as a consumer customers, such as the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1.4. All rights to the content of the service belong to the company. The company has the right to make changes to the service. The company is entitled to amend these terms and conditions. The customer accepts changes when using the service. The terms and conditions currently are available on the company’s homepage at http://www.ponodesign.fi
1. Registering and using the service
2.1. The customer creates a customer profile by filling out the contact form and creating a username and password. The user name is the customer’s email address and hence the customer registers as a service user.
2.2. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the Company and the use and storage of the User ID and Password.
2.3. The Customer is responsible for all costs incurred in using the service, such as computer hardware, software, and communications.
2.4. Customers agrees to use the service only for the purpose of service, law and goodwill. Customer agrees not to disclose, transmit or disclose material that is contrary to law or good practice, incites or promotes such activity.
2.5. The company has the right to refuse registration and, if necessary, to close the customer’s username.
3. Personal Information and Their Use
3.1. Personal information about the customer is collected and stored in a customer register maintained by the company.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to disclose customer information for a reasoned use to the authorities.
3.3. You have the right to revise, modify or delete personal data about yourself.
4. Ordering and delivering products
4.1. The products contained in the service will be delivered to the EU. If the delivery area is otherwise limited, the restrictions will be reported on the company’s website.
4.2. The price and the characteristics of each product are indicated on the product page. In the same context, any restrictions on the availability of the product will also be reported. In backorders the delivery time is 1-4 weeks.
4.3. The customer can make the products in the order service either after registering for service or without registering. The order is binding on the customer and after accepting the order, the customer is required to pay the order.
4.4. The estimated delivery time for products is 5 days (eg backorder deliveries).
4.5. If there is a delivery problem for the ordered product, the company will contact the customer.
4.6. Upon receiving the product, the customer has 7 days to report any visible transport damage. Subsequent declarations of carriage damage will not be accepted.
5. Payment options
All payment transactions are handled through Paypal or Paytrail payment services. Through Paytrail you can pay by Visa and Mastercard and in the online banking of Finnish banks. PayPal allows you to pay with either a separate PayPal account or a credit card. Customer must accept and comply with the terms and conditions of PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/), Paytrail & nbsp; and other service providers when they pay for their services.
6. Canceling and Resending Order
6.1. The customer has the right to cancel the order no later than 14 days after the product has been received. The product to be returned must be in good condition and the original sales package in a neat condition. Returns must include the product in addition to its original packaging as well as all parts, documents and packaging included in the package. The notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made to the company within the aforementioned 14 days and the product must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been made.
6.2. If the returned product is inconsistent with the customer’s obligation to care, the customer may charge a product down to the full price of the product as well as returning costs.
6.3. The company charges the shipping cost of the returnable product for 6.9 €.
6.4. The company will refund the customer’s payment due to the return of the product within 14 days after receipt of the customer’s cancellation notice. However, the company reserves the right to withhold the payment until the company has returned the products or until the customer has indicated that they have sent the products to the company.
6.5. The company has the right to charge for orders that have not been canceled or received from the collection point, which corresponds to the costs of shipping and other expenses.
7. Other Terms
7.1. The company has a defective liability under the Consumer Protection Act on the products it sells. Some of the products sold by an e-commerce service are consumer-owned products, so the seller’s consumer is liable for the products he sells. In the event of an error in a product, the customer must always first contact the company directly. The customer is entitled to submit a dispute to the Consumer Complaints Board or another similar body, for example by first contacting Consumer Rights Advisory. In a dispute between consumers, the issue is first resolved by negotiating.
7.2. The Company will not be liable for the consequences of service breaks due to possible maintenance, technical faults, communication disturbances or other similar reasons.
7.3. The law of Finland is governed by any lawsuits concerning possible contracts between a client and a company.
9. Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the Merchant. For reclamations, please contact the web site the payment was made to.

All customers may require access to all their personal information registered in the system. All customers may require correction of incorrect information registered in their system. Customers may also require restrictions on who can access their personal information and request the removal of personal data registered on all systems. The customer has the right to be forgotten. Customers may require all their personal information to be submitted to them in a structured form.
